How to View ARC Applications You Have Voted On

You can view past Architectural Review (ARC) applications shared with you using the Secure Resident Center. This guide walks you through how to view and filter your application history.

1. Log in to the Secure Resident Center

   Visit the following link and sign in to your account:

   https://zealcommunity.managebuilding.com/Resident/portal/

   
   

2. Click on Architectural Requests

   

   
   

3. Click on Committee Requests

   

   
   

4. View All Applications Shared With You

   On this page, you’ll see all applications currently visible to your committee role.

   

   
   

5. Use the "Your Vote" Filter

   This filter allows you to narrow results by your own vote status.

   

   
   

6. Use the "Decision Status" Filter

   Filter applications based on whether they were approved, denied, or are still pending final decision.
