As an Architectural Review Committee Member, you can vote on Architectural Requests submitted by homeowners using the Secure Resident Center. This guide will walk you through each step of the process.
Important
Voting on architectural requests is not available in the Resident Center mobile app. Please use a desktop or mobile browser.
Log in to the Secure Resident Center
Go to: https://zealcommunity.managebuilding.com/Resident/portal/
Find the "Architectural Requests" Tile
You can also access it from the left-hand menu by clicking Architectural Requests.
Click on "Committee requests"
This section shows only the applications that still require your vote.
Open the Application
Click on any request you haven’t voted on to begin your review.
Open the Architectural Request Package
Your Community Association Manager has prepared a document packet for each request. Click to open and review.
Review and Close the Document
Once reviewed, click the X to return to the voting screen.
Click "Vote"
This will bring up your voting options.
Choose Your Vote
Select Approve or Deny. You can also add a comment if needed.
Submit Your Vote
Click Submit Vote to finalize. You’ll see confirmation once your vote has been recorded.
Confirm That Your Vote Was Recorded
Once submitted, your vote will be reflected immediately on the request. You can return to the dashboard to review other pending applications.
